Our Santa Monica store opens next Tuesday on Montana Avenue and I've been getting so excited. One of my favorite sensory experiences every time I walk into the store is the music that's playing, and I love that each store has its own vibe, which changes with the seasons. We've been thinking a lot about what we'll have playing in the new store, so I asked Mandy here at the studio, to make a playlist to get you excited for some westside moves. She curated it with West LA in mind, meant to sway and dance and feel fresh near the ocean. It's fun and classic with a mix of hip-hop, oldies and some newer jams that have that throwback feel. We always try to mix up the vibe when it comes to music in our stores, compiling our forever-favorite songs with our new favorite tunes. Here are a few songs that are on all of our top ten lists, and of course make an appearance on our CV Santa Monica playlist:
